FRANK FALBO
Reservoir Engineering

Frank has over 37 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, building and managing companies. He currently runs his own consulting firm providing engineering and legal advice to energy sector clients. He began his career with Shell Oil in Houston before moving on to work for smaller, O&G start-up companies. Prior to establishing his consulting firm, Frank was the VP of Engineering at Penn Virginia Corporation where he was tasked with building, developing, and managing diverse groups in a broad range of areas including engineers and geoscientists, and professionals in HS&E, Regulatory Compliance, Production Accounting, and Purchasing, gaining a breadth and depth of knowledge in each to function and communicate with confidence.  His team was responsible for executing an annual drilling budget that at its peak exceeded $900 million.

 

Frank’s rise to a top leadership position with Penn Virginia was very much a career of demonstrated expertise in variable data collection, analysis, and implementing actionable programs that led to huge successes for Penn Virginia. 

 

Frank received a B.S. in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University and holds a J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law.  Frank is a registered professional engineer in Texas and is also licensed to practice Law in Texas.
