Robert is a seasoned professional with a career spanning over two decades in the oil and gas industry. His journey commenced at OXY, where he embarked on an international tour, honing his expertise in diverse basins across multiple business units.

Robert dedicated six years to the oil and gas banking sector, becoming a specialist in A&D (Acquisition and Divestiture) valuations. His unique perspective allowed him to navigate both the buy side and sell side of transactions valued at nearly $3B.

Over the past four years, Robert has made a deliberate shift towards championing CCS/CCUS (Carbon Capture and Storage/Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage) projects across North America. This strategic focus underscores his commitment to advancing sustainable and environmentally responsible solutions within the energy sector, aligning with the global imperative to mitigate carbon emissions.

Robert is a registered professional geoscientist, holding license number 6170 with the TBPG (Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists).

Robert is an alumnus of Wichita State University, where he earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Geology.

Robert also served in United States Army Infantry.
